The University of Massachusetts Amherst seeks candidates for the position of Science and Engineering Reference Services Librarian. Under general supervision of the Head, Integrated Science s and Engineering Library, provide general and science-related reference services and research assistance to library users from a reference desk, by phone, by email, in consultations, and using emerging technologies. Serve as one of the Library’s subject specialists in science and engineering and present instructional sessions for library users.

As the first USF librarian at the Lakeland campus (now Polytechnic), I opened the USF Polytechnic Library in January 2007 and have developed its various services.
I've held positions as information broker, Internet consultant and academic librarian in Canada, the US and Europe.

I'm active in SLA, and currently serve as on the boards of the Academic Division and the Florida-Caribbean Chapter.
