CRC news

June 8th, 2006 3:54 pm | by Catherine Lavallee-Welch

A CRCnetBASE newsletter made its way for the first time in my email inbox; I don’t know if this is a new initiative.

  • New features: libraries will soon be able to integrate the CRCnetBASE products to their federated search client management software to search across the collections. Athens authentification compliance will follow
  • New and forthcoming netBASEs include CHEMLIBnetBASE, NANOnetBASE, AGRICULTUREnetBASE and TEXTILEnetBASE.
  • CRC is looking for beta testers for CRCnetBASE products. You have to be an existing subscriber. Contact Robert Morris for more information
  • The 86th edition of the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics is now available. It sports new tables but I haven’t checked if existing tables have been taking out.
